We enjoy trying to make sure that your home stays your most valuable asset. One of the best ways we know to help, is to pass along some simple maintenance tips that most people don’t know could save thousands of dollars. Uneven Watering Watering effectively means keeping your garden and lawn looking good while maintaining an even amount of moisture around your home. The easiest way to maintain a constant amount of moisture under and around your foundation is with an automatic sprinkler system. To minimize evaporation, operate the sprinkler system during the coolest part of the day. Sprinklers with a thick stream of water are less likely to be lost to evaporation. Over spray can be corrected by having a sprinkler system tailored to your home. Over watering can cause water to pool. This can be prevented by using a rain sensor or an automatic irrigation system.
